MXA Courses - Skills Development

This course is run by MXA in partnership with Virago Consulting cc. It is a ten day programme for Human Resource and Skills Development managers within the public sector. It provides learners with proficiency and expertise to competently mange the skills development functions of a Department, Municiplaity or District.

The course makes extensive use of interactive training to enable participants to effectively engage with municipal skills development planning. The course therefore provides an important basis from which to effectively manage the submission of Workplace Skills Plans which support the IDP.

Competent learners will be registered with the South African Board of Personal Practitioners. This will ensure the application of best practice anf professional recognition as a Skills Dvelopment Practitioner.

This training is aligned to the following unit standards: Module1 | Module2

Competent participants will receive a certificate of competence and gain 37 credits at an NQF Level 5, on the National Record of Learners Database.
